My first and only experience with the Liberty tax Office ( 7723 Ne 4th Plain Rd, Ste C) Vancouver, WA 98662 has been a nightmare that went on for months! I am actually still waiting to see the compensation that they promised me. Their employees are IGNORANT and RUDE. I received the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. What a waste of time it has been for us.

This place ripped off my mother!!!! Here is how it works: She went in they filed her taxes she gave them her account # and direct deposit #, tried to pay them $50 they quoted to prepare her taxes and they said they will get paid when everything is filed. They deposit her refund into their account!!! Then after they deduct the $50 for preperation and a $30.95 Account-handling fee they direct deposit it into her account. She was not given any other option and they kept her in the dark until it was filed. WARNING do not go to this place!!!!!!!! This is a review for 15332 Dedeaux Rd Gulfport, MS 39503

they have made mistakes ,and they dont pay attention, Iwould not recomend this location.3 days and counting they still have not fixed the problem

We went to the Liberty Tax in Graham to get our taxes done this year and really enjoyed it! Our preparer was really nice and walked us through our return so we knew exactly what was going on and made sure we understood everything (we got a refund so we were pretty happy to begin with :). They even gave us a drink and snacks while they did the return. We'll plan to go back there next year too.
