We contacted Reddi Services on the hottest day of the year in June 2009 after our air conditioner broke the previous day. Reddi Services guaranteed that they would be able to provide service that afternoon much to our relief. They were obviously very busy with similar calls, but made good on their promise and had all the parts they needed on the truck to complete the repair and get us back into cool air. Brian went above and beyond with his customer service educating us on how to maintain our unit and ensure that we maximize its efficiency.
